Course and Curricula Development

Course Development and Approval

All permanent course offerings are now processed using the Course Inventory Management (CIM) system.

For information on how to use CIM, please visit the Office of Undergraduate Courses and Curricula (OUCC) website.

Approvals for course offerings are routed through electronic workflow steps via the CIM system.

Curricula Development and Approval

At this time curricular actions are handled as a paper process. Please visit the OUCC website for more information on developing and editing curricula.

University College Special Topics Offerings

At this time special topics course approval is handled as a paper process. These actions will only need college-level approval (unless being proposed as a GEP Special Topics). Please use download a copy of this course action form to use for all University College non-GEP special topic offerings.

At this time GEP special topics course approval is handled as a paper process. These actions will need both college and university-level approval. Please check out the General Education Program page on the OUCCAS website for more information on the GEP and for course action forms related to the specific GEP course shells.
